Please ensure that your blockchain address for XIDR is correct. Due to the nature of the blockchain, once your outbound transfer is initiated, it cannot be reversed. If your blockchain address is wrong or invalid, your XIDR cannot be retrieved.
You can transfer XIDR to either a personal address (non-custodial address) or any supported Singapore registered digital asset platform (custodial address).
Step 1: Select "Transfer Out" and "XIDR Stablecoin" as the transfer method
Step 2: Select a blockchain network and choose a blockchain address that you have whitelisted before
Step 3: Enter the amount you wish to transfer and click "Next" to confirm the transaction details.
There is a maximum transfer out limit of 500,000 XIDR if you have not whitelist your address. Whitelist your blockchain address to increase your transfer out limit. Please see details here.
Step 4: Confirm your XIDR transfer out request and input your 2FA authentication code to confirm the transaction
Step 5: Your transfer out request has been submitted and will be processed.
