How to reset my 2-Factor Authentication (2FA)

If you had lost access to your mobile device or authenticator app that is used for 2FA, you will not be able to log in to your StraitsX account.

Due to security risks, 2FA may only be reset by sending us a request through this form.

You will be prompted to answer a couple of verification questions to ensure that the rightful owner of the account is authorizing the reset.
