How do I verify my account?

Verify your Personal Account

You can verify your personal account by filling in your personal information and upload all required documents via the StraitsX dashboard.

1. Access the Verification Page

   • Log in to your account using your email address. You will be redirected to the Get Started Page.
   • Click on “Verify Now”.
     

2. Fill in your Personal Details

   • Fill in your full name, KTP number, date of birth, and place of birth
   • Make sure you fill in the data according to your KTP
   • Click "Next"
     

3. Upload a clear photo of your KTP

   • Upload a clear picture of the back of your KTP within the allowable size of 5 MB with JPEG/PDF formats.
   • Ensure all information is clearly visible and readable in the picture that you uploaded.
     

4. Take a live selfie

   • Take a live selfie from your device. It can be from your desktop or mobile phone.
   • Follow the instructions on the page to ensure a fast verification process.

     

5. Review and submit your selfie

   • Your account verification has been submitted
   • Please allow 1 day to process your verification. You will receive an email notification for your account verification result.
     

6. Verification Submitted!

   • Your account verification has been submitted
