Due to a variety of reasons, your account verification may result in rejection. If the rejection was a result of any of the user’s verification documents not being up to standard, documents can be re-uploaded via id-straitsx.xfers.com/verification for KYC document resubmission.
There are cases where users are required to provide additional information before we are able to proceed with your application. Therefore we encourage users to check their email from time to time for our email when your applications are taking longer than usual.
If the rejection, however, is due to compliance reasons, this is a result of the user falling into a certain category that StraitsX cannot conduct business with. This may be due to imposed rules and/or regulations by the regulators.
